A few days after Halloween I took a walk through Cabbagetown on a beautiful, crisp fall day. The houses and streets were a weird and eclectic mix of post-Halloween gore, front yard kitsch, Autumn colours and falling leaves:

It had been a number of years since I’d been out to Trinity Bellwoods Park on Queen Street West. A few days ago I was searching online to see what sites would be good candidates for capturing fall leaves, and this location came up. I paid a little visit this past Sunday and was not disappointed in the colour there.









St. James’ Cemetery is Toronto’s oldest operating cemetery. It opened in July of 1844, and has beautiful grounds as well as the lovely and historic Chapel of St.-James-the-Less. I took a walk through the grounds yesterday to witness the fall colours.
