Toronto Through My Lens

A Broadview Walk

COVID-19 was raging in the middle of 2020 when I took these shots. For this photowalk I did a mini-tour of Broadview Avenue from the Danforth up to Mortimer Avenue, then back again. The street was deserted – I didn’t encounter a soul on this little jaunt; definitely a sign of the times.

Very familiar street! Tony’s is Dave’s Barber Shop. Looks very elegant in black & white.

As soon as I saw Tony’s Barber Shop I knew it should be shot in B&W 🙂

Wonderful choice to do some of these in black and white. They turned out magnificent.
I have travelled Broadview many, many times, so alot of these look familiar to me.
